In the 1970’s we saw the introduction of copper bracelets and other copper wearables to help with various ailments. Then in 2018 there was a huge increase in the use of crystals following TV adverts by the ‘Mind Body Spirit’ magazine.
Today there’s a huge interest in crystals by the media and many celebrities who admit to using them and endorsing them.
Crystals and gemstones have properties that facilitate healing. The history of this practice is ancient, dating back at least 6,000 years to the time of the ancient Sumerians of Mesopotamia. Ancient Egyptians are also known as being among the first people to have adorned themselves with crystals — including lapis lazuli, carnelian and turquoise — to ward off illness and negative energy.

Reiki Crystal healing has all the benefits of Reiki but further complements the healing process by the use of intuitively chosen crystals, to further complement the healing process.
